This app is so good! I’m recently diagnosed bipolar 2 and it’s been so helpful to be able to track my mood in such a visual way. I love that I can edit what symptoms I want to track, and the UI is so easy to understand.

I am really enjoying this app versus the other’s I have tried. It’s simple to use and you can keep track of what you did each day in the notes section. It’s easier than writing in my journal. Plus, it generates reports that so can monitor my moods.

This tracking app is wonderful. I can personalize it to track my specific behaviors. Being bipolar is really tough, but this app helps me get a handle on it. Thank you.

The graph more helpful than anything else I’ve used for tracking patterns and helping me manage my bipolar better. I like that I can personalize the names of my highs and lows as well as which symptoms to track. I show this to my therapist and med management nurse.
  • Functional But Limited

Full version is wildly overpriced and blocks you from accessing your own data. The incessant bothering of the user to write a review is extremely annoying, too.

I gave this app a 5 star review years ago but it’s (Adam) asking me to do it again so I’m updating, I love this app for a lot of reasons, it’s simple and focuses on what is important to track in bipolar which is mood, and mood is not emotions. I love that you can add the attributes you want to track to see how it correlates and otherwise it isn’t complicated
  • Best app for people diagnosed with Bipolar

This app is really incredible. This has helped me so much to realize my patterns in depressive/manic episodes and really help myself understand triggers/warning signs. It has really helped me so much the past few months of starting medication. I really like how simple it is as I really struggle being motivated to keep up with things, (like those apps that have too many options it gets overwhelming), and the note section I use as a journal.

How are you going to make the app free to download and then require payment before being able to use the app. It’s a such a disappointment to think I found a helpful app to help be proactive with my mental health only to be shut out at the door. I understand having a premium version, but it’s very misleading and soul crushing to download an app for free when none of the features can be accessed for free.
