I’m stuck w this app because it’s part of my subscription but it sooooo slow to load on a too frequent basis.

Enjoy reading the Detroit News online. Didn’t think I would as I grew up downriver in the 60’s enjoying the paper copies of both Newspapers, one in morning and one in the afternoon. I even had a Detroit News paper route for 5 years. Loved the smell and feel of the Newspaper, thinking I can’t get use to the online version. I love the online paper as I can it it anywhere and I even get new stories early, when they happen. Great paper, keep up the good work.

Cancel subscription process is unbelievably difficult. You d see bd up in a loop going round and round.

For the past three weeks I have been unable to view the Sunday comics on my phone app. I can only view them on my computer. Daily comics are viewable on both devices. All other enewspaper offerings are also viewable on both. Please advise.

They make it nearly impossible to cancel the subscription. Even after contacting customer support - they continue to charge.

I’m a paid subscriber. The Detroit News app works fine on my IPhone, but my IPad is another story. I cannot read the subscriber only sections and it won’t allow me to sign in or restore purchase. Gannett needs to fix the app for the iPad soon or I will cancel my subscription.

The News keeps me on top of everything Detroit. State and National News is great, too.
